Barbara Nice
7.00pm show
Created by award-winning comedian and theatre director Janice Connolly, Barbara Nice is the overenthusiastic housewife alter-ego of Birmingham-based performer Janice, who previously appeared in Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights, and is well known on the circuit for her lively, upbeat presence.
She's the Stockport housewife, cleaner to the stars and keen ‘Take a Break’ reader, who has been delighting live comedy audiences for 25 years with her unbridled enthusiasm. She gave up the domestic bliss of tupperware and Pound Stretcher shops for the unpredictability of the comedy world, but no audience is too rowdy for her to handle.
A Barbara Nice performance is guaranteed to get you laughing, leaving the show feeling better than when you went in. Barbara doesn't abuse the audience, she raises everyone's spirits with love and support, and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face, and a spring in your step.
Barbara reached the semi finals on ITV's Britain’s Got Talent, in 2019.

All For the Jolly

Formed in 2019, Cornish Celtic folk punk rockers, ALL FOR JOLLY, hail from the rugged coastal town of Penzance, Cornwall, UK. With their unique hybrid style of folk, punk and sea-stories, All For Jolly thrive on big feelings and bigger sounds. Their music blends the drive of indie rock, the rebellion of punk and the punch of pop-punk energy. Think the soaring hooks of ‘Jimmy Eat World’ and the upbeat drive of ‘Dropkick Murphy's’ crashing together into something uniquely their own. Expect crunchy guitars, shout-along choruses, and lyrics that land somewhere between heartfelt and hopeful. Their lyrical and musical content balances respect for folk tradition with a rebellious punk edge and with the use of acoustic instruments, mandolin, harmonica, ukulele, etc., they get a layered, textured sound that can shift between folk ballad-like moments and full punk energy. On stage, All For Jolly keep things loose and lively, mixing in plenty of humour and unpredictability with their high-energy performances. At their core, they’re just a group of friends chasing the joy of making music together, and that spirit comes through in every song.

EDLARS +
Edlars are a lively four-piece indie band from Stourbridge, formed of close friends, with a family link. Created in 2017 under the name Two Minutes Late, while living together, childhood friends Haden Tye (lead vocals and rhythym guitar) and Luke Pitts (bass) got to work on creating a band. After a few formations, the addition of Luke’s now brother-in-law Jon Pickett (lead guitar) and Tom Minton (drummer and backing vocals) completed the line-up. The band have a catologue of original tunes and have so far released two songs, with their debut single, Corduroy Shirt, a reflection of the fast-paced, high-energy sound the band have crafted over a number of years.

RAYMOND and Mr TIMPKINS
the Last Hurrah!
One of our all-time favourite acts are retiring from the circuit in April 2026 - so we had to bring them back for one last hurrah!
Don't miss your last chance to see the unique and unmissable Raymond & Mr Timpkins!
THE RAYMOND & MR TIMPKINS REVUE
Lightning fast choreography meets uber swift editing in a fantasmagorical collision of quality entertainment. An overload of velvet, sandals and multi-hued wool provides a startling accompaniment, the whole effect being that of a slim man and a fat man putting their bums in your face.
Headlining at venues from the Falklands to Ashby De La Zouch, they’ve circumnavigated the planet, spurting amusement in concentrated twenty to 30 minute bursts.
If you like music and let’s face it, who doesn’t, you’ll like it. If you like silliness, middle aged men dancing and unsavoury acts, you’ll probably love it.
You should try it either way. See you there.
"If you only see one act this year, then make sure it's The Raymond & Mr Timpkins Revue" Frank Skinner
