Rumour

We are an Americana band from West Midlands, UK. We started out as a 3-piece acoustic band playing a mixture of covers (Fleetwood Mac, classic rock and folk) and then mixed our own original songs. Our debut album The Journey was released Easter 2021 and is having extensive play in the UK and further afield in Europe, Australia and USA.
"The Journey has something to seduce on many levels, thanks to a rather Pop Americana style, where Rock, Folk and Blues"

Man The Lifeboats
Man the Lifeboats play raucous, upbeat folk music, for those who like a drink with their tunes. This London five-piece use an array of instruments to craft songs with big choruses that tell stories.Formed in the wake of a blistering Skinny Lister gig back in 2016, Harvey, Rich, Sam, Aaron and Dan have taken their shared love of straight-up lyrics, lilting mandolin and fiddle melodies and stomping beats and created a sound that would not be out of place at a party at the end of the world.Influences? Well, up there with Skinny Lister we have the Pogues, Bellowhead, Waterboys, Tom Waits, Dylan, Springsteen, Frank Turner, Holy Moly & the Crackers, and of course, Chic.Throw all that in a cauldron and you end up with a blistering live experience, tales of lost evenings, ballads of doomed love and shanties about whisky-soaked nights, Michael Palin, and the end of the world.Tonic for these troubled times.

Jess Silks Birthday Bash 2024

With music from:
THE ENDINGS
A firm festival favourite, The Endings are a five piece celtic folk rock band playing tunes reminiscent of the Pogues and Dropkick Murphys, you'll have no choice but to get up and dance.
MATT JOHNSON & THE REPROBATES
With songs ranging in subject from love and family right through to politics and the plight of our wildlife, Matt Johnson & the Reprobates are one of our favourite bands to see live and we’re sure you’re gonna love them too.
JOE SOLO
Joe Solo is an award-winning musician, writer, poet, activist, broadcaster and washing machine engineer from Scarborough. His musical odyssey began in 1987 fronting a bash-em-out band at school, and has seen him play nine countries either as lynchpin of pop-punk upstarts Lithium Joe or hammering out his unique brand of Folk, Punk and Blues in his own right.

JESS SILK TRIO
Jess Silk is a guitarist, singer and songwriter from the Black Country. Her shouty but melodic brand of folk/punk music often has her being likened to a female Frank Turner or Billy Bragg, and it gets people sitting up and listening. Armed only with an increasingly sticker-covered acoustic guitar and a distinctive, gravely voice that many don’t expect, Jess plays to audiences up and down the UK.
